  • $100.00 minimum is required on all orders to successfully be processed. In-store minimum order requirement is $100.
  • If an order is placed by 2PM Eastern Standard Time we will try to ship the order that same day, although we do not guarantee this. The order will be delivered within 1-5 business days after shipment. This is determined by your regional mailing zone from our delivery in North Carolina. Please refer to the map below.
  • If a box is returned for reasons such as "no money, held 7 days", "not in 3 attempts", etc. we can re-ship it with your approval. However, in addition to the first freight charge, we will add a second freight charge to cover the cost of shipping and handling again.
  • If you choose not to accept an order you have placed, we will restock the merchandise and charge a restocking fee of 15% of the amount of order, plus all the freight charges and fees. Further purchases will be forbidden until the restocking fee is paid.
  • If UPS makes a delivery attempt and you choose to have the package rerouted there will be an $8.00 additional shipping charge to cover the UPS Redirect Fee.
  • Shipping Damages must be claimed within 30 days from delivery date of merchandise.
  • If you decide to not require a signature for your shipment, we are not liable for your shipment once it is delivered to your confirmed address.
